Zazen

An introduction to zazen.
Anybody those who are curious to do zazen can contact to me.
It is well known that zen buddhism is a root of 
traditional Japanese culture such as Noh play,Tea ceremony,
Haiku poems and so forth.
I have been teaching zazen for nearly thirty years so far.
I used to be  a zen teacher for three years at Eiheiji,
the head temple of Soto school.
You will realize where you are from and where to go
by experiencing zazen.
There are many foreigners visit my temple, Iohji.
I hope this messasge will be a good chance for you to know
about what zazen is like.
Simple and deep zazen practice will lead you an enlightenment
of life itself.
